  • My office is conveniently located off of Highway 50 in the El Dorado Hills Business Park. 4944 Windplay Dr, Suite 111, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762. The office is on the first floor. When you enter the front doors, veer left and stay left.

  • I see clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Since I’m only in the office three days a week, I work full days. That means appointments are available as early as 8am and as late as 8pm, working well with most clients’ schedules.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long. If you have a need for a double session (1 hours and 40 minutes), that can be arranged.

  • The fee for a 50 minute session is $190. While I do not accept any type of insurance, I can provide you with a superbill (essentially a summary receipt) to submit to your insurance for consideration of out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage clients to call the telephone number on their health care identification card and inquire about their benefits. Often insurance companies reimburse as much as 80%, and while that does entail a claims process, it's absolutely worth it. I am here to support you in whatever way possible to maximize your out-of-network benefits.

  • Confidentiality is the main pillar of the therapeutic relationship, but there are some exceptions to when information remains confidential. If there is indication of potential harm to self, harm to others, or abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or elderly person, I may at times have to break confidentiality. All of this will be covered in detail during your first session so you are well aware of the limits to confidentiality, and you are of course welcome to ask questions at any point prior to disclosing something to me as your therapist.

  • Both your time and my time is valuable, so the cancellation/no-show policy is rooted in establishing mutual respect. If you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, the full fee stands. I offer automated email reminders 48 hours prior to appointments, and text reminders 24 hours prior to appointments to make sure you don’t miss appointments or the opportunity to cancel in time where you won’t be charged. (You may, of course, also opt out of appointment reminders.)

  • I primarily see clients in my beautiful and cozy office in El Dorado Hills, but for those who prefer online sessions or live out of the area (still within California), I’m happy to provide telehealth appointments through my fully HIPAA compliant platform. Research shows that telehealth yields similar results to in-person. The choice is yours!

  • If there’s one thing I would want all prospective clients to know, it’s how much I love my clients. This job is an ABSOLUTE PRIVILEGE, and I’m so deeply grateful to every single client who has walked through my door and trusted me with their story.
